To Berkeley High Underclassmen,

Berkeley High School hopes this letter finds all students and families being safe and doing well.  This school year is quickly coming to an end and many student responsibilities still need to be completed.  The information provided below will serve as a guideline for how Berkeley High School will be handling various student necessities.

Wednesday May 20th, Thursday May 21st, Friday May 22nd, Tuesday, May 26th, Wednesday May 27th, Thursday May 28th, and Friday May 29th: These days will be utilized for turning in band equipment, picking up medicine, clearing all dues, turning in JROTC uniforms, and turning in textbooks.

May 20th : Students with the last name W through Z are asked to come to BHS from 8 AM to 11 AM or 12 PM to 3 PM.

May 21st : Students with the last name S through V will be asked to come to BHS from 8 AM to 11 AM or 12 PM to 3 PM.

May 22nd : Students with the last name O through R will be asked to come to BHS from 8 AM to 11 AM or 12 PM to 3 PM.

May 26th : Students with the last name K through N will be asked to come to BHS from 8 AM to 11 AM or 12 PM to 3 PM.

May 27th  : Students with the last name G through J will be asked to come to BHS from 8 AM to 11 AM or 12 PM to 3 PM.

May 28th : Students with the last name D through F will be asked to come to BHS from 8 AM to 11 AM or 12 PM to 3 PM.

May 29th : Students with the last name A through C will be asked to come to BHS from 8 AM to 11 AM or 12 PM to 3 PM.

 

Please enter the BHS campus from Stag street and make your way to the three stations in the following order: Old Gym, Student Parking Lot, and Parent Drop off.  Please exit the campus on Law Street.  Please limit two persons per vehicle.  Please wear masks and gloves if possible.

The Old Gym: Please drive to the Old Gym to turn in JROTC Uniforms.  Technology will also be located here for damaged Chromebooks.  Students are to keep their Chromebooks over the summer.

Student Parking Lot: Drop off music equipment.

Student Drop off adjacent to Law Street: Turn in textbooks.  Please stay in your vehicle and wait patiently in the car line.  Nurse Dobbels will be at this station.

In addition, please note: Students will keep their Chromebooks over the summer.  If you are withdrawing or have damaged equipment, you may turn your Chromebook in at the Old Gym station.
